Tanya Schoenroth, BA, BADID
Principal Interior Designer
EDUCATION
I am a trained Interior Designer based in Vancouver, BC with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from accredited Kwantlen Polytechnic University. I also have a Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of Western Ontario, which I like to think contributes to an excellent set of communication skills.
EXPERIENCE
I worked in-house for two residential development companies in Vancouver before starting my own company in 2005 and now work primarily with private clients building custom homes. My niche is in providing finish and fixture specification documents and detailed drawing packages for new construction single family homes.
Because I’ve worked with a wide range of developers and clients, I’ve been exposed to varied products and budgets and have the experience to work within your individual parameters. My job is to help you define and execute a vision that results in a home that reflects you, your needs and your unique style.
ACCOUNTABILITY
My reputation is built on a high level of detail and concise communication. All work for your project will be completed by me and is not delegated to other designers, so you can be assured of dedicated, personalized service.
I will respond to your emails and phone calls promptly, within 24 hours at the very most, and I will be attentive when you do speak with me.
My goal is to guide you through your project with a minimum of stress and to help you to make choices that leave you feeling confident during your project and after completion. I’m here to eliminate that feeling of overwhelm you encounter when you think about the multitude of decisions involved in a construction project. My systematic approach ensures we cover all the required details and infuse creativity along the way.
