Education
Hi, I am Tanya Schoenroth. I am a trained Interior Designer based in Vancouver, BC with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from accredited Kwantlen Polytechnic University. I also have a Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of Western Ontario, which I like to think contributes to an excellent set of communication skills.
Experience
I worked in-house for two residential development companies in Vancouver before starting my own company in 2005. I now work primarily with private clients building custom homes. My niche is in providing finish and fixture specification documents and detailed drawing packages, for new construction single family homes.
I’ve worked with a wide range of developers and clients, with varied products and budgets. My job is to help you define and expand your vision. That process results in a home that reflects you, your needs and your unique style.
Accountability
My reputation is built on a high level of detail and communication. All work for your project will be completed by me and is not delegated to other designers, so you can be assured of dedicated and personalized service.
I will respond to your emails and phone calls promptly, and I will be attentive to your questions and concerns.
My goal is to guide you through your project with a minimum of stress. I’m here to help you to make choices that leave you feeling confident during and after your project.
When you think about the multitude of decisions involved in a construction project, I’m here to eliminate that feeling of overwhelm you may encounter. My systematic approach ensures we cover all the required details and infuse creativity along the way.
